Curricular Restructuring

The purpose of this project is to restructure the Composition and Conducting course at the Federal University of Bahia.

In this project, I act in the general coordination and course conception (collaborating with the composition and conducting teachers). This restructuring involves the Collegiate and the Structuring Teaching Nucleus of the Composition and Conducting course.


Completed Actions

  1. Review of the legal basis (with the collaboration of professors Pedro Kroger, Alexandre Espinheira and Rafael Garbuio).
  2. Definition of the core pillars of the restructuring.
  3. Dialogues with students (n. #1 and #2).
  4. Student suggestions processing.
  5. Curricular component programs
  6. Elaboration of draft curriculum.
  7. Elaboration of Pedagogic Project document.
  8. Approval of the edagogic Project document, new components, and programs in the course’s Collegiate.
  9. Approval of new components and programs in the Music Department.

Actions in Progress

  1. We are awaiting approval of the project in the various competent instances of UFBA.
